Our workshop is kitted out with all the tools needed to achieve any repair possible, we only use the best tools recognised around the world, our biggest range of tooling is supplied by the well known Park Tools.
FREE Quotations
We at EC Cycles are happy to help with the minor of repairs, we are able to provide specialist advice before any work has been carried out, full quotations are available on request although it is hard to identify a problem over the phone without looking at the bike, we DO NOT charge for any quotations given, so if you have a problem with your bike then give us a call or pop in with your bicycle so our mechanic can help.
FREE Inspections
All new bikes sold are given a free full Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) which include a full check over of the bike before you ride it away, not only is it free we also would like you to bring the bike back within 6 weeks of purchase so we can check it over again, yes FREE OF CHARGE. The hirer is required to present formal photographic identification in the form of their Passport or driving licence. At the moment of receiving the bicycle the hirer must provide a credit or debit card as a guarantee deposit to the value of £50, If you purchase a bike from us we will credit you the £50 back. The person renting the bicycle must be 18 or over and is responsible for all equipment rented.
The hirer is responsible for informing EC Cycles of any damage or loss sustained to or from the bicycle during the period of hire. Unless you have chosen to take out our extra cover against damage (excluding theft and loss), upon return of the bicycle at the end of the rental period a representative of EC Cycles will examine the equipment and, if satisfied that there are no losses or damage, they then can sign off the demo bike as a return. The hirer will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the bicycle, at current market price, if it is lost or stolen during the period of hire. Our cover against damage does not cover theft or other loss.
